Telebras

Reactivated in 2010 with a new mission, as a telecommunications service provider, Telebras offers high quality broadband at accessible prices for local internet service providers and a secure government network, contributing to digital inclusion in Brazil. Currently Telebras has a fiber optic network of more than 28 thousand Km, interconnecting the five Brazilian regions and reaching out to the furthest municipalities in the Country. In 2017, Telebras will have a high throughput Satellite operating in Ka Band which will cover the entire Brazilian territory and will guarantee access to high quality broadband for all its citizens.
