WHAT IS MEETING PLANNER?
Our meeting planner is an online scheduling tool which includes the details of all registered delegates.
With our meeting planner you can have access to all delegates’ full name, job title, telephone, availability and other relevant details enabling you to make the right decision to meet the right executives at the GCCM. You can arrange meeting with the registered delegates, view their availability and request a meeting slot online before and during the GCCM. Each guests can update her/his profile and highlight their area of interest. We sent an email to all registered delegates 3 weeks before the event’s date with the log-in information. After receiving the email, please access the meeting planner to update your profile and start arranging your meetings.
