Carrier Community (Global Telecom Club) is planning to organise its members’ annual Middle East 2016 GCCM - Dubai taking place at the Raffles Hotel on the 12th & 13th October 2016. At the Middle East 2016 GCCM - Dubai  event our Member Carriers will have the opportunity to meet 500+ telecom club’s members representing decision-makers from the Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3.
