Mun-Kein Chang
Vice President, Advanced Signal and Network Interoperability, Mobile Transaction Services at Syniverse
Mun-Kein has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Before joining Syniverse, he was the Regional President of Asia-Pacific of GRIC Communications based in Singapore, responsible for sales, marketing, technical support, and operations for all GRIC customers and partners in the region. Before GRIC, he worked at Tandem Computers, providing consultation and professional services to major banking and telecommunication companies. He has also held management positions at Zenith Data Systems and Hewlett-Packard Asia-Pacific divisions. Mun-Kein holds a B.S. Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Surrey, England, as well as an Electrical Engineering Diploma from Singapore Polytechnic.

Mr. Wong Ka Vin, Managing Director of 1-Net, a Data Center service provider in Singapore. 1-Net is a wholly owned subsidiary of MediaCorp. Ka Vin brings with him over 15 years of experience in the information technology and communications industry. Prior to joining 1-Net, Ka Vin was responsible for extending CSF Group DC business into Indonesia through the formation of a JV PT Cyber CSF with KGN Group. That was Jakarta’s largest and newest Data Center designed for the Telecom and Banking Industry.

Ivan Landen
Managing Director Asia Pacific at Expereo
Ivan Landen is Expereo’s Managing Director for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, and leads the sales-, service- and operations in the Asia Pacific region. Ivan joined Expereo in September 2012, focused on strengthening Expereo’s base of channel partners in the Asia Pacific region and continuing to grow the business and Expereo’s operations in Singapore. Ivan has over 18 years of experience in the global ICT field of which 14 years in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Expereo, Ivan was Head of the Channel Partner business in Asia Pacific for BT Global Services - which originated from the BT Infonet business which was acquired by BT in 2005. Before that, Ivan had regional sales positions at Infonet Services Corporation, was Country Manager of Infonet Thailand and had sales- and marketing positions at StarHub, Singapore. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Chris Hampartsoumian is a Technology Evangelist with Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he is presenting the AWS vision for cloud computing and the transformational effect this is having on business as we know it. Prior to joining Amazon, Chris has been working in the technology sector of companies in his home city of London including Sun Microsystems, Barcalys Capital and the publisher of The Times & The Sun Newspaper, News UK. He has spent the past six years working with broadcasters & operators in the evolving video OTT space including suppliers to BBC, ITV & Channel 4 in the UK, 2 years in Sydney Australia with FOXTEL and a further two years based in Singapore, where he had been working on the Astro-on-the-Go OTT service (via Irdeto) and also projects for Celcom also in Malaysia. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Photographic & Electronic Imaging Sciences from the University of Westminster.

Htun Htun Naing started his own business with small IT Company in 2001. He launched the first on line business information portal for traders in Myanmar in 2003 which was www.etrademyanmar.com. E Trade Myanmar is one of the success web portals in Myanmar as index for trading companies and commodities markets. He set up the Blue Ocean Operating Management (BOOM) www.blueoceanmgt.com on 2009 and introduced the first Call Center in Myanmar in 2011. Now his call center has 400 seats with 580 full time staff. BOOM is also providing mobile value added services and other Telecom services in Myanmar.He continuing expend his business into various telecom services in Myanmar and regionally. Now he is Board of Director of two public listed company in Myanmar.

Tony Jamous is the co-founder and CEO of Nexmo. Tony has over 14 years of leadership experience in cloud, communication and mobile industries. At mBlox and Boku, Tony opened up messaging and payment services in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Tony holds a Masters in Computer Science from Grenoble Institute of Technology in France and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland, with a focus on leadership development and organization behavior.

Jerzy Szlosarek

Jerzy has been with Epsilon since inception of the group in 2003 developing the operational procedures of the company. He has also overseen the network design and build, ensuring it matches the needs of the business. Jerzy has laid out the technical vision and roadmap for the global footprint and has assembled teams of engineering and planning staff. He continues to be closely involved with all the engineering divisions working across Epsilon’s global footprint. Prior to Epsilon, Jerzy worked in senior field engineering positions for ADC Systems in rolling out Ciena DWDM and core optical switching products. He also worked for US carrier Dynegy, managing and maintaining the core optical global backbone. Jerzy has over 15 years’ experience working in core optical divisions across Europe and Asia.

David Vigar
Director Carrier Relations at Nexmo
David Vigar is the Director of Carrier Relations at Nexmo. David has managed relationships in the messaging and voice space for nine years. He built carrier relations in voice for Tele2 and at iBasis-KPN during their $93.3m merger, where he also developed internal processes and reporting. David led the early development of iBasis’ SMS business. A keen flautist and wine collector, David holds a BA in Economics with Legal Studies from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.
